What kind of venue should you choose for a gala with 200 guests?
The Black Structure, 15 x 20 m (300 m²), the Orangerie (15 x 20 m), or the Silhouette Tent (14 x 26 m; 364 m², seating 200 to 250 guests) are the most common configurations. The choice depends on the desired style and the event layout. We finalize the layout during a site survey to incorporate the stage, dance floor, and technical areas.
Can you organize a private party at a villa or a castle?
Yes. We regularly furnish castles (Château Saint-Martin in Vence, Château Fonscolombe), villas in Cap d’Antibes and Saint-Tropez, luxury hotels, and wineries. The technical site survey confirms any specific constraints (access, sloped gardens, terraces, weight capacity).
Do your staff members keep a low profile during the event?
Yes. Discretion is part of our commitment to high-end events. Our site managers arrive before the guests, our teams remain on standby—working behind the scenes—during the event, and dismantling begins after the last guest has left. Yes.
