Seven types of covered venues for your events
Our fleet includes more than 2,000 m² of tents and marquees, available in seven models. Each structure is assembled in bays of 3, 4, or 5 meters, with a side height ranging from 2.50 to 4 meters, and features a white, clear, or custom-colored roof. The perimeter enclosures can be made of clear plastic, glass, wood paneling, or printed with your brand’s colors. All structures are fire-rated (M2 fabric) and ballasted in accordance with current standards.
This variety of models allows us to cater to any setting: a high-end wedding in a Provençal country house, a trade show at MIPIM, a reception under a crystal-clear tent on Miramar Beach in Cannes, a temporary covered structure for the Tour de France, or an entertainment village on Place Masséna in Nice. Check out our “Our Equipment” page for an overview of our catalog.
Modular tents: gable-roofed, arched, and PZ
Gable roof
Our most versatile tent. Widths ranging from 5 to 40 meters, with lengths that can be customized in 3-, 4-, or 5-meter sections. Gable roof, side height of 3 or 4 meters. Crystal, glass, wood-clad, or custom closures; doors and access ramps. Flooring with or without covering. Used for weddings at Château Fonscolombe (20 x 15 m structure), corporate events in Monaco, or the Ironman World Championship on Place Masséna (25 x 35 m structures paired with pagoda tents).
Arched
Same dimensions as the double-sloped structure, but with an arched roof for a more contemporary look. Ideal for trade shows and corporate events. Featured configuration at MIPIM on Miramar Beach in Cannes: 10 x 20 m arched structure and 5 x 20 m all-glass structure, steel-framed floor with ballast, pleated brushed cotton awning. Also deployed during the Tour de France (10 x 100 m with a floor, glass curtains, glass and wood cladding, interior fabric lining, and wood partitions).
PZ
Compact design, available in 8- and 10-meter widths, with a side height of 2.50 meters. 3-meter bays. Designed for beach installations, real estate sales offices, and rooftops. Installed for the Monaco Grand Prix (two 10 x 12 m PZ units and one 10 x 9 m unit), for Beau Rivage Beach in Nice (10 x 24-meter PZ, crystal curtains, steel-reinforced floor) and for Promogim sales events in Saint-Laurent-du-Var.
Prestigious Buildings: Noire and Orangerie
Black Structure
Our signature solution for high-end weddings and prestigious events. Gable-roofed or arched, widths of 5, 10, and 15 meters, spans of 3, 4, or 5 meters, and side heights of 3 or 4 meters. Crystal roofing with black PVC trim, available with crystal, glass, or custom closures. Regularly installed at Château Saint-Martin in Vence (15 x 15 m, crystal roofs with black trim, heat-stretched crystal side panels, black wood facade cladding) or in a 15 x 20 m format on a platform with fabric decor and digital printing.
Note: The structural members can be painted any color you like, provided you plan ahead.

Featured setup at the Zamna Festival at the Base Nature in Fréjus: Stretch tents measuring 20 x 25, 25 x 15, 15 x 10, and 15 x 5 for relaxation areas.
What size tent is needed for how many guests?
The size of the venue depends on the number of guests, the event format (standing cocktail reception, seated dinner, dance), and ancillary spaces (cloakroom, catering kitchen, stage). Here are the ranges we use as a guideline to estimate the required covered area.
| Number of guests | Standing cocktail | Seated dinner | Dinner + dance floor |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30 to 50 people | 50 m² (10 x 5) | 60 m² (10 x 6) | 100 m² (10 x 10) |
| 80 to 100 people | 80 m² (10 x 8) | 100 m² (10 x 10) | 150 m² (10 x 15) |
| 150 to 200 people | 150 m² (10 x 15) | 200 m² (10 x 20) | 250 m² (10 x 25) |
| 300 to 400 people | 300 m² (15 x 20) | 400 m² (15 x 26 to 20 x 20) | 500 m² (20 x 25) |
| 500 or more people | 500 m²+ (20 x 25 or semi-detached) | 750 m²+ (semi-detached) | 1,000 m²+ (semi-detached) |
These ranges are for reference only. The final design takes into account your site’s layout (slope, access, zoning restrictions), your staging plan, and the necessary technical areas (cloakroom, kitchen, restrooms). We always verify the floor area on-site before providing a quote.
How is a tent set up?
A tent doesn’t set itself up. Each setup involves five steps:
1
On-site technical survey
Our site managers verify the surface area, truck access, slope and ballast requirements, electrical connections, and drainage.
2
Trim and Ballast
Installation of base plates, ballasting with concrete blocks or steel footings, and leveling to zero elevation, even on uneven ground.
3
Lifting the Structure
Assemble the arches, attach the canopies, and check the tension based on the forecast weather conditions.
4
Trim and Finishes
Perimeter enclosures, floor covering, canopy, branding and signage, utility connections.
5
Take-down after the event
Complete dismantling and return of the equipment to the La Trinité warehouse.
Depending on the complexity, setup takes anywhere from a few hours (pagoda tent, PZ structure) to two days (Ironman World, multi-structure configurations). Our teams receive ongoing training in safety standards, and we work overnight if deadlines require it.

Frequently asked questions
Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about renting and setting up tents for your events on the French Riviera.
What size tent is needed for 50 people?
For a seated dinner for 50 people, plan on about 60 to 80 m² of covered space (for example, 10 x 6 or 10 x 8 meters). For a standing cocktail reception, 50 m² is sufficient. If you’re adding a dance floor, allow for an additional 30 to 40 m². The final layout always requires an on-site survey to incorporate technical areas (cloakroom, catering kitchen) and the event design.
How much does a wedding tent cost for a wedding with 200 guests?
The price of a tent for 200 guests varies depending on the model (Crystal, Silhouette, Noire), the area (200 to 300 m² depending on the configuration), the options (flooring, enclosures, cladding, awning, built-in furniture), the setup duration, and the complexity of the site. Rather than quoting a price per square meter that doesn’t reflect your specific project, we provide a detailed quote after a site survey. Request your free quote to get an accurate estimate.
Can a tent be customized to match a brand’s colors?
Yes. We regularly customize structures with the colors of the brands we work with: digital printing on tarps, branded awnings, brushed cotton pole covers, custom signage, and cladding for perimeter enclosures. We’ve carried out this customization work for Netflix, Amazon, MIPIM, the Tour de France, and numerous product launches on the French Riviera.
How long does it take to set up a tent?
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the structure. Allow a few hours for a pagoda tent or a PZ structure, half a day for a standard 10 x 15-meter gable-roofed tent, and up to two days for exceptional configurations (Ironman World, twin structures covering several hundred square meters). We can work at night if site constraints or deadlines require it.
Are the tents certified for fire safety?
Yes. All of our fabrics are flame-retardant throughout their entire composition and are classified as M2 fire-resistant, in accordance with French regulations for public-access facilities. The ballast is calculated to withstand the forecasted weather conditions, and our teams adhere to event safety standards during every setup. For public access facilities with a capacity of more than 50 people, we provide the technical documentation required for the safety file.
