How long does it take to set up the bleachers for a festival?
For a standard festival with a capacity of 1,000 to 5,000 people, allow 1 to 2 days for setup, depending on the complexity of the site. For exceptional setups such as the Nice Carnival or Jazz à Juan (multiple grandstands, dressing room trailers, catering tents), we allocate several days and work in parallel teams, including overnight shifts. A preliminary site survey confirms the final schedule.
Do you provide the documents for the ERP security file?
Yes. Our technical department provides the structural stability report for SAMIA grandstands, the layout plan, the ballast calculations, the M2 fire-resistant rating certificate for the fabric, the barrier layout plan, and the evacuation routes.
